Landscape Care Program
in Overland Park, Kansas & Surrounding Areas

The foundation of a beautiful landscape begins with our thorough spring clean-up service. As Kansas transitions from winter to spring, we revitalize your landscape beds with detailed cleaning and precise edge definition that creates clean visual lines throughout your property. Our team carefully prunes and fertilizes perennial flowers and ornamental shrubs to encourage healthy new growth, while applying pre-emergent weed control to prevent unwanted vegetation. Fresh mulch installation not only enhances appearance but also retains soil moisture as temperatures rise, preparing your landscape for the growing season ahead. This comprehensive spring refresh sets the stage for a thriving landscape all year long.

Early summer brings rapid growth to Kansas landscapes, and our second visit focuses on managing this flush of new vegetation. We perform corrective and selective pruning of evergreen shrubs to maintain their shape and health while manually removing weeds that have broken through initial barriers. Our technicians redefine bed borders that may have softened with spring rains and carefully groom all bed areas with a soft rake to maintain that manicured appearance. This timely intervention prevents small issues from becoming major problems and keeps your landscape looking its best during the prime outdoor living season.

Kansas summers can be challenging for landscapes, with heat stress and potential drought conditions affecting plant health. Our summer visit includes selective pruning and deadheading of ornamental shrubs and perennial flowers to encourage continued blooming. We focus on structural pruning of evergreens and raise or lower branches on ornamental trees to maintain proper clearance and form. Our thorough inspection for insects and diseases catches potential problems before they cause significant damage, while comprehensive bed grooming and cleaning ensure your landscape maintains its refined appearance despite summer stress.

As temperatures cool, our final scheduled visit prepares your landscape for Kansas’s winter months. We perform strategic final pruning of ornamental shrubs and perennials to protect them from winter damage, while fertilizing evergreens to build cold hardiness. Thorough leaf removal prevents moisture-related diseases and keeps your property looking tidy. Our comprehensive bed grooming and cleaning service ensures all landscape areas are properly prepared for winter dormancy, protecting your investment until spring arrives. This careful preparation is essential for plant survival during fluctuating Kansas winter conditions.

Some landscapes require additional attention beyond our seasonal visits. Our detail visits are available upon request when you need extra care between scheduled services. We provide touch-up pruning to maintain ideal plant forms, hand-weeding for persistent weed issues, and targeted cleaning of hardscape elements including sidewalks, porches, and patios. This flexible service option ensures your landscape maintains its pristine appearance for special events or during particularly challenging growing periods, giving you peace of mind that your outdoor space will always look its best.
